Russell Steyne A qualified trainer, Russell Steyne has been training and mentoring in Small Business Management since early 2008. Russell is currently starting his own business, ‘train mentor consult', with his wife Marita. Russell started his working life as a Tradesman in heavy industry, and also has 10 years in Customer Relations. A Graduate of the University of Tasmania, Russell holds a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy), a Graduate Certificate in Management, and a Master of Business Administration. |

Adrian Patch Adrian runs Tasmanian Business Company - a Registered Training Organisation and is active in the workplace where he looks afterworkplace traineeships as well as conducts business training workshops. Webtraining Australia P/L partners with TBC for the delivery and accreditation of many of its programs. |

Gaynor Lawton. Gaynor has over 20 years experience working in the fields of Public Relations; Event Management, Direct Marketing and Corporate Fundraising. In 2004 she started developing her own business, Marketing Naturally - a boutique Marketing Agency offering consultancy, networking, workshops and a unique deck of Marketing Cards, called M52®, to the Natural Health & Wellness industry. In 2007 Gaynor completed the NEIS course with Kangan Institute and turned her hobby business into a commercial business. Shortly after completing the course Gaynor joined Kangan as a sessional Marketing Trainer teaching NEIS and Cert IV in Business (Small Business Management) BSB40401. Gaynor is very practical and resourceful always working with an aim to motivate and inspire. Gaynor has an enthusiasm for marketing and assisting start up businesses.

Tony Deane-Shaw Tony has been involved in small business start-ups for the past 7 years and has managed the Federally funded Small Business Answers Program as well as managing the St Helens Business Enterprise Centre in Tasmania.
