NEIS Financial Plan Guide
Welcome to your on-line guide to completion of the financial plan spreadsheets for your NEIS business. The guide is provided in 3 sections:
1. Overview of each of the sheets (Tabs) provided and specific points to keep in mind while completing
2. Addition information/definitions to assist you complete your financial plan and

Our unique financial tables are customised to cater for the NEW Enterprise Incentive Scheme (NEIS) (Certificate IV Small Business Management - BSB40407 and Certificate III in Micro Business Operations - BSB30307)
The information you provide in the sheets, will be as a result of your market research, research into the cost of starting and running your business, benchmarks and industry standards and your experience and learning as a result of completing this training. They should be developed progressively as all this information becomes available. You will need to specifically research cost of some items and others will be a very well educated estimate.
This financial plan has been developed over years of experience with NEIS and tries to cover the majority of businesses that are likely to use them. However some unique situations do occur from time to time and these will have to be discussed specifically with your trainer/assessor. New ideas and continual improvement comments are always welcomed and considered promptly and positively.
The sheets have been constructed to allow printing on most printers, however should you have difficulty, please contact your trainer
Additionally, should you not have access to Microsoft office, then they can be used with Open Office, which can be obtain as a free download on the internet at: http://www.openoffice.org (150MB download)
